I have been an RE investor for 1 year now. I have one property in my portfolio that I earn a positive cash flow of $250/mo from. I am very new to this. Although, I am still an employee, my goal is to be a full-time investor within the next 5 years. Right now, I am using my employee status to research and educate myself on what it is to be an investor. My biggest challenge as I raise my financial IQ is to change the life-long bad habits and mindset I have. This is not an easy process. I am committed.
