I am also new to real estate investing and looking to buy a second home in the Newberg area and or possibly Salem. Most of these posts are in 2018 is obviously more expensive now.

Looking for some guidance, and mentor. Also a realtor that is open to subject to or seller financing.

I have recently paid off my first property in Portland Oregon. It has been renting out great.  Now I feel ready to buy a second home and looking for some guidance as I don’t have very much experience in finding the right finance methods and property search methods. I’m looking to buy in Phoenix this time.
