Welcome to the Pittsburgh real estate scene! It’s great to hear that you’re ready to dive into investing, and Pittsburgh is a fantastic choice with its diverse neighborhoods and growing market potential. Since you’re new to investing, you might find it helpful to start with some key areas in Pittsburgh that have shown strong investment potential. Neighborhoods like Lawrenceville, East Liberty, and Squirrel Hill offer a mix of historical charm and modern growth. Additionally, consider exploring areas like the Strip District or the South Side for more dynamic opportunities. As you prepare to invest, you might also want to connect with local real estate professionals who can provide insights and help you navigate the market. I’d be more than happy to assist you with finding properties, understanding the local market trends, and developing an investment strategy that aligns with your goals. Feel free to reach out with any questions or if you’d like to schedule a time to chat more about your plans. Looking forward to helping you make the most of your Pittsburgh investment journey!

Hey JR, Im a realtor that sells off market deals. I have connections to all kinda of property managers and contractors. Would love to connect

seems like they're planning to micromanage everything, which could be a real problem. From my viewpoint, a property manager should focus on making a profit from repairs and services. If they start negotiating directly with your contractors to lower costs, it might slow things down and risk losing your trusted vendors. That’s my take, even though I haven’t run a property management company myself but have handled plenty of my own properties

Hey Sharon, As an investment agent here in Pittsburgh, the market is booming! I love your plan and thing that it is well though out. If you need any connections, like property managers and contracts, let me know. or a bigger source of properties, please don't hesitate to reach out! I will help you any way possible!

do you require inspections?

Hey Anna, I work with plenty of out of state investors in section 8 in the pittsburgh area as well as other rentals. If you wanted to explore looking into pittsburgh, let me know!

Always hard to judge the market but it is slightly a sellers market right now. Look at the numbers and if you're okay with them, sell no

100% a mistake, although some houses can be ugly, it sometimes doesn't cost as much as investors think to make a place look pretty. Keep in mind, sometimes the cheapest makeup can make the ugliest girls look pretty
