@Will Barnard Thank you so much! It is incredible how LA can be a small town, isn't it? The film set is a fascinating place. Best of luck to your son in the acting field!
I haven't researched any meet ups just yet. Will do that this week.
Thank you again for your help.

Hello all! My name is Tanya Johnson. Originally from the Upstate in South Carolina, I moved to California 12 years ago. I'm in the entertainment industry - I play the oboe professionally and worked in a motion picture rental house as well as doing on camera work. I've always enjoyed the freelancer life as it is all about the hustle. I'm looking forward to putting those skills into RE.
I'm new to real estate, but looking to make my first dive-in a reality! I've been devouring the BP site since I came across it a few weeks ago. I figured I've been lurking behind the screen (studying like the diligent lover-of-research that I am) too long, but it's time to get out there and meet some people.
I'm here wanting to learn all things wholesale and eventually have multifamily units with tennants.
- What did you find to be the most helpful thing when you got started? What do you find to be something you wish you did (or knew about) when you first started?
- Please tell me your favorite books, podcasts, YouTube videos, meet ups, or other resources.
I really enjoy meeting people, so I hope you'll reach out. Here's to success in all our endevors!
