I recently joined it and I only have one property right now. Grant it, depending on how much you are wanting to invest in a property, it's not a lot at first. I am only starting out with $100.
I just got a 2% compound interest, but again, I'm still new to it. It seems to be ok. At least for now. But I always tell people to do their own research, and on any platforms you may be looking to invest in. I'm just beginning to invest and I'm trying to learn all I can about it. Knowledge is key, as they say. Hope that helps a little.

Thank you, Kerlous Tadres!
Those are also some of the things I'm looking into as well. Of course, I prefer to be prepared when going through anything like this, so I'm trying to gain as much knowledge as possible so I can make the right decision when it's time. I truly appreciate your feedback, so thank you!
Have a Great Day!
Sincerely,
Tara

Hello All!
So, I'm a beginning investor and I have questions. The one I have at the moment is, is there a way to find potential partners to do business with in doing long term rentals? I'm thinking about doing a duplex and making passive income, but I also know that it takes a lot of work. My personal end goal, of course is to have it hands off. I'm ok with paying other people to handle what needs to get done. But I feel like it would be a bit easier having someone you can trust as a partner to help build it. So, I don't know if there is a specific forum for that or ??? Any ideas? Also, I don't have any money of my own to get started with a duplex, but I know there are other ways of going about it. I also don't want to use my credit, either, but I'm not sure how obtaining the funds for a project like this would go? Theoretically, can you pay off a loan with whatever income you get with the said duplex? That's another thing I'm trying to figure out is how to pay the money back. Any guidance or advice would be greatly appreciated! Thank you all, and have a Beautiful Day!
Sincerely,
Tara

Hello!
I am a beginner investor (I just started investing with Realbricks.com about a month ago), and I am interested in learning and gaining as much information and knowledge as possible about investing. I am looking into rental for passive income, but I may be interested in commercial, too. Currently, I am on the fence on whether to invest with Groundfloor online. Has anyone had any experience with this company? I am unsure about the interest that accumulates when investing even if I start out small. I am aware of the risk, however.
does anyone know of any investing events that are here in Las Vegas that I can look into? Thank you for any feedback or advice, I would greatly appreciate it! Have a Beautiful Day!
Sincerely,
Tara
