Hey guys,

I will be looking to relocate to Arizona. I will be working in the Casa Grande area and more than likely living out there too. How is the real estate market there for investors?

I am looking to buy and hold but also interested in flipping. Any advice or information is valuable. Thanks in advance.

Thank you for the input. It says you are an investor out there, how is the rental market for buy and hold? Or is it better to go more into flips?

hey guys,

I am interested in starting my property management business in Houston. How is the market? What are standard rates? What are the best ways of networking to find investors to work with?

I have been reading the investment market is strong and lucrative. Is it stronger with buy and hold properties or flipping? Any info helps. Thanks.

Hey guys,

Thanks for the reply’s and information. I am definitely learning as much as I can right now before I just hop in. I will not have myself looking unprofessional not knowing anything about the game.

I will be moving to the outskirts of the Atlanta metro area, more toward like Cartersville or Kennesaw. So I would willing to stretch across the metro area and some suburb areas.

I am interested in knowing how people find there leads when first starting out.

Hello everyone,

I will be moving to Georgia in a few weeks and I am looking to get into flipping. What are areas to do this? Where can I network with people to maybe be a part of a couple flips before my first round about?

Is this a solid rental market for holding and renting properties?

Hey everyone,

I will be relocating to Georgia in a few weeks and I am starting a property management business. Can anyone share where I could find leads or start networking to find people in need of property managers?

Also, in Georgia, what is the average rate charged by property managers?

Thanks in advance.
