This is all great information. Thank you all.@Desmond Fitch I will look into that book. I’ve just registered for his upcoming webinar. @Canesha Edwards yes I’m going to continue to educate myself before I start. I’m looking to be a passive investor, but I understand that I’m going to have to be pretty active in order to get things going. I’m definitely willing to put in the work.

Thank you for your response Derrick. I would have to look more into a FHA loan. It sounds pretty great.

Hey Marshall thank you so much for responding. I’m actually lucky enough to live with my mom rent free. She’s giving me a chance to start my business first. She’s awesome, but I’m ready to bring real wealth into my family. I’ve thought about the duplex but I’m probably going to need a loan to purchase and to repair depending on the property. What do you think?

Hey everyone, I’m a 23 year old woman living in the city of Chicago. I’m an EMT with fairly decent credit, but the problem is I have no money saved.I was wonder what would be the best move for me right now to get started in real estate. Family investors are not a option for me right now and I don’t know anyone motivated to get into the real estate business such as I.
