@Justin Windham Thank you for the newbie tips, they will come in handy. Reading rich dad poor dad and then listening to the bigger pockets podcast is what peaked my interest in diving in to real estate investing. 

I see that you are out of Denver. I recently moved back to Texas from Colorado Springs. My wife and I really enjoyed our time there.
