I am looking to prepare for my exams as well. I was thinking about ProSchools. Does anyone else have any other recommendations? Thank you!

Buy first multi

Jonathan that helps out a lot. I just have to understand whether the units are seperately metered or if I need to bill back the tenants for their uses like you said. I appreciate the feedback!

Do you still have it?

I am a newer investor and having trouble when analyzing deals. I am unsure how to estimate utilities. How do you know if the utilities will come at the expense of the owner or they will be billed back individually to the tenants? Is it something that needs to be guessed on and then verified during final due diligence?
