Thanks Bryce Young for the insight. Did you say you got the full package? That came with all the classes and the one on one coach right? You seem like a neutral guy not "pro Renatus" or "pro find it yourself" so my question to you is do you think it was worth it?

I don't know where to start... I want it so bad I can taste it but just trying to find my way on where to start. Thinking maybe finding a mentor to shadow will be helpful. But I've had a hard time finding one.

Hey guys
So I went to a Renatus "informational" yesterday and needless to say but it was awesome. Scott Rowe was the speaker and he was awesome. The information he shared was exceptional and is exactly the stuff I want to learn in depth. I've read many books on investing and ever the bigger pockets book on flipping house by J. Scott. All Great information and very helpful but some of the things Scott was sharing I want to know and be at a level where I can share with others. When I got home the first thing I did was come to bigger pockets and see what you guys thought . Very very polarizing to say the least lol. Either you loved the information or you hated the system. Let just completely throw out the marketing side because that's totally "OPTIONAL". I'm just focusing on the courses that they offer and price. I do feel like this information is worth it if you intend on using it. So with that said can you guys suggest some actual links or books that are equivalent to the courses. Don't just say " hey bro the information is out there go find it". No I'm asking for specifics
Best Regards

Hi my name is Terrell
I'm new to investing and need some advice on how to get started. I would love to have a mentor who can point me in the right direction and eventually create a business relationship and do business with. I just became a Realtor in the greater Los Angeles area and been doing a lot of research. It's just the getting started part I need help on. Thanks a million
