Hello,

I'm sure about the price, but maybe for rehab, I see not enough.
1.5k$ for rehab/unit so 6k$.
I want to rehab one unit, rent it, rehab the second...
The property is near this address : 903 W Franklin
Elkhart, IN 46516
I'll call the county about tax and fees and other things.

My goal is to add a two car garage, when all tenants will be here.
Do you have a quick way to find them ?

Regards

Hello,

I can buy a 4 units building in Elkhart (Indiana) built in 1900.
There are 3 1beb/1bath and 1 2bed/1bath.
If all units are with tenants, I can hope a cashflow of 1400$/month.
The price is 5.5k$. I can invest 3-4k for rehab.

I want to have your mind, as a real investor.

This will be my first investment, so please give me full explainations/details

Regards

Hi there everyone!

My name is Thomas, I'm an IT student that work in a bank

I used to be a IT director, but right now I am getting interested in investing and paying the bills with rental income.

I also am looking to buy (and hold) a rental property, I prefer a duplex/quadruplex, in any city.
I'm looking to find a good management team and good tenants

I'd also like to find a mentor in real estate investing.

Thomas
