Orange county is pretty high right now. I haven't invested in real estate yet but my friends who have and CPA all advise not to purchase anything in OC for investment unless you are getting an obvious deal right now. Hoping it will change in 1-2 years as thats when I plan to take my jump.

nice job and thank you for sharing your first deal. I'm in the same boat as you 3 years ago. I'm now thinking about investing in about 2-3 years. While I save up my funds I'll be spending a lot of time here, listening to podcasts and reading books. I hope you have many more successful deals in the near future.

Nice! Could I also have information about the monthly meet in Lake Forest? I'm in Garden Grove and looking to getting into investing. I figured starting out in Orange County would require more money than I have but not sure where to venture out to.
