I already have buyers . I have a investment group that I scout properties for. The issue is that sellers want to talk straight to the investor and not me the scout. It's totally different for houses I don't have this problem with houses . Also I'm finding they try not to give financial information unless forced upon on due dilligence . Nobody can make an offer without knowing financials.

Hello All, I want to get into apartment building investing so I figured that I would start out as a property scout for an investment group but what I'm finding is that nobody wants to deal with the property scout and want to go straight to the investor but don't people know that investor want to make money not search for deals? So most investors use property scouts . Any suggestions on how I can continue and to get people to work with me? My investor group is strong and invest nationwide.
