No im not an AGent or broker I am looking to wholesale and I am planning on using postcards and yellow letters in my campaign also I been using the internet for leads I think I have one that I can wholesale scheduled to see it Saturday

Ohk I am scheduled to see a property Saturday and I need help trying to analyze this deal.

The owner wants 70k for the property it has a front home 2b 1 bath the back home has 1bed .75 bath the home needs cosmetic updates  its in a small town so not that many comps to work with but the comps on the front house comes in around 110-120 with an extra bath room but this property is bigger and I ran comps on the back one and those come in around 30k which also needs work as well what can be a proper offer and can I consider this a multi family property

Iam currently trying to evaluate a deal and its 2 homes on 1 lot is that considered a multi family home the property has 2 separate entrances to the properties I am lost to what I should offer her I am scheduled to go and meet the owner Saturday
