Hello!

My name is Drew. I haven't posted on here much in the past year. I started buying and selling mobile homes in March of 2019. I did about 6 deals last year. I enjoyed it but I am also looking to connect with a Real Estate Agent in Omaha, NE to start finding investment opportunities. I know everyone is looking for multi-family units. So no surprise that's what I'm interested in as well! I have a team I'm working with in Chicago but would like to also start looking here locally, as well. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

I have gotten into buying and selling Mobile Homes but the business is coming in much quicker than I anticipated and I'm starting to have to pass on deals b/c I don't have the cash flow yet. Does anyone have tips on how to find or connect with local investors? I have no issue doing all the work and splitting 50/50 with them on these deals but just don't know where to even find someone like that. I was going to start by going to a Real Estate meetup but it looks like I missed the meetings in my area this month.

Hello!

I'm new to all of this though I've read books on real estate for years. My family and I are not in a place to use our own money yet and currently rent our home. If you were in our situation where would you get started?

My goal this year is to find a BRRRR (or two if possible) in the Omaha, NE area then find a partner to help with funding. I would also like to get my family into a home using a 203k loan and eventually rent that out in a few years. Is this how you would start if you were me? I would love any and all advice! I'm motivated but having a hard time figuring out where to start.
