How long did you spend driving for dollars or pulling Propstream lists. There are definitely opportunities out there, you may not be spending enough time or money looking for them

I think I've done 100 properties maybe a little more so far. Only hand full has picked up the phone and only one said maybe. I do have this property that is abandoned in a B neighborhood that's tucked away in on a dead-end street. But I can't get a hold of the owner. So Im kinda stuck with this one. I'm going to try mail and hopefully it works.

@Tenzin Kunchok hmm, everybody is different here, right?  I know me.  And I won't call or reach out to people on lists.  Mainly, I don't have the time to do it.  So, I rely on others to do it for me and I pay them for the deals.  There are TONS of deals occurring in MA right now.  TONS.  So either we need to admit to ourselves that we aren't very good with the list thing, and maybe take some training to get better, or rely on others to find the properties for us and pay them for that ability.  It's one or the other because the deals are there.

Honestly, It's probably me since it's my first time doing it. I was hoping to do everything myself so I can understand everything from the ground up before using a whole seller.

Hey guys,

I have a 2 family and a 3 family that I bought from the MLS with money down. I'm looking to be more efficient, so I wanted to try the BRRRR method. But I am having trouble finding a house off-market. I've tried Driving 4 Dollars, I also tried using Propstream where you look up liens, preforeclosure, etc. But with no success. any tips? Should I keep at it? Are there other ways to find off-market houses?

Good Afternoon,

I have a multi in MA. For my next property, I was thinking of investing in NH specifically Manchester. I was wondering if anyone had experience investing in Manchester Market. How do you like it? What are the neighborhoods or zip codes in Manchester I should look for when searching for an investment property? etc.

Thank you,

Tenzin
