Wow a lot to consider Thanks everyone. @Account Closed Thanks for explaining mult-member. I get the LLCs... I have a another business set up as an LLC... Just wasn't sure which was best for Flips.

Hi @Nicole A. thanks for your comment. What do you mean by multi-member? LLC with multiple properties or partners you have on each property? ( I feel like I should know the answer :-\ )

As a newbie I understand I may only use the calculators 4 or 5 times..... Question, If I go in to use a calculator and do not save or finish entering my data before exiting the app will that count as one use? Am I allowed to go back and complete my evaluation of the property ( same property)?

Does anyone know?

@Joe Villeneuve thanks for the clarification can the one LLC purchase multple properties? I understand @Siye Baker flips are held by s corp.  So if i want to do have both rentals and do flips Inwoukd have to have LLC and S Corp?

Thanks @Bill Turner!  Im taking a look at a couple of properties I will need to some est on repairs once I get inside. Trying to get the step in order in hiw to do things.
