Hey I saw this last minute, I live in Calhoun and work in the metro area and NW Ga area. I plan on attending if possible! Would love to connect with some local investors

I’m on several agent email lists and wholesalers as well in my area to find deals but I want to get more flowing into my inbox so I can actually close on something located in NW Georgia

Is there anyone who does direct mail successfully?? I want to purchase lists and get direct mail going as I work a lot and don’t have the time to do a lot of it myself.

I have a great income and am able to save 25K plus a year totaling around 50K in liquid cash right now I'm just needing to find the right deal to get going. Currently house hacking but need to get another property under my belt Looking for BRRRR deals
