Hi Emira,
Whether you're looking on social media or connecting with others, your first step is trying to find deals. I know facebook has a lot of groups who post wholesale deals daily. I'd also recommend connecting with an agent or wholesaler to get started. They can get access to off market deals. Im an agent/wholesaler here myself & would love to connect and see if I can help with anything.

Congrats on your transition into Real Estate. I want to piggyback on what Shawn said. You would want to get familiar with the market here and soak up as much information as you can. Try to get a feel for areas that pique your interest as well as connecting with investors/agents/contractors etc. I'd love to connect with you and talk a bit more about the BRRR method or how to go about finding properties.
