I am looking to convert my 72 unit apartment into condos.  Can someone recommend an affordable attorney?  Thanks.

I have only used Rhino, Oblio, and LeapEasy.  They have different rules and restrictions that we have to work with.   LeaseGuard and others have had a higher unit count requirement so we could not access it as a smaller self managed apartment.  Looking for a PMC in Detroit who has access to many deposit insurance options so that we can get out of the management business.  Would love to know more about why LeaseGuard is better.

I believe it is in the City of Detroit.  Are there special rules for the city vs the suburbs?

I am about to buy a 100 unit apartment complex in Detroit and looking for a good PMC that can offer deposit insurance to tenants.  I prefer SayRhino.com but would like a company that offers many other choices like LeasyEasy or others in addition.   Please help.  Thanks in advance for your time.

I am looking the same.  Can another provide me the contact for a lawyer who can do this at a reasonable price.  I found a lawyer who would charge $10K but looking for around $4-5K instead.  Thanks.

Do anyone have an affordable lawyer who can do an eviction for around $500 for my rental house in Seatac, WA? Someone that does volume filings.  Thanks.
