Large Multi-family Management company offering SayRhino Deposit insurance

I am about to buy a 100 unit apartment complex in Detroit and looking for a good PMC that can offer deposit insurance to tenants.  I prefer SayRhino.com but would like a company that offers many other choices like LeasyEasy or others in addition.   Please help.  Thanks in advance for your time.
