I come across this property on Zillow and it seems like a good deal. But when I got to the description, the owner said "no wholesalers". Should I try calling them or just move on and find a new deal?

Hello everyone! I'm a beginner wholesaler in Las Vegas NV, haven't done any deals yet and still learning about this business. I downloaded a few purchase & sale agreement contracts on the internet and from some youtubers to use in the future. How much does it cost me to have an attorney review the contract before I can legally send it to a seller?
