Hello, I am trying to figure out options on how to get financing for a non-owner occupied investment property with a partner? Is there a way for us to obtain a conventional loan <20% down with no PMI? Would you initially apply under an LLC or do a title transfer later on instead? Any risks involved ?
Fairly new and financing options have been a more complex concept to grasp! All inputs are greatly appreciated!
