Hey! I’m currently new to the investing world in real estate in the Boston market. I’m looking to start on a smaller scale since everything here is so expensive. I’m particularly looking for single families or condos in the Medford, Everett, Malden, and revere area under $400,000. Is there anything that helped you find deals in the beginning? Does anybody have any lead websites they use? Thank you!
That’s definitely a reasonable price. I’ve worked with an amazing contractor located right outside of Melrose. He actually did windows and siding in my home. The name of the company is WG maintenance services from Everett MA!
