I looking to invest out of state, I live in Los Angeles and am looking at either Cleveland, OH or Wisconsin. 

Does anyone have recommendations for agents and management companies? Also, does anyone have experience investing in either market ?

I'm continuously evaluating all markets that are 100K in population or larger.  I've built my business so I can effectively invest anywhere nationally.  That said, my market research method considers population growth and job growth forecasts as primary considerations.  FYI: In the past, I've investing significantly in Austin, Dallas, San Antonio, and Charlotte, but pricing in these markets are too high for me so I've moved on to other markets.
