@Kaleb CarstenI would recommend screening multiple managers. The key is to find a property manager who is dedicated to running your property as a business in order to garner you a return. Finding a property manager who is going to look after your property as if it were there own is key.

@Alexander BallI know I am not in your area but I would recommend finding a property manager that shares your investment philosophy. Look to work with a property manager that is dedicated to running your properties as a Business and spends your money like it is their own. This is crucial in terms of proper investment property management.

Hi All!

I am working on analyzing a deal in Thornton, New Hampshire for a potential Vacation Rental. Does anyone have any advice related to renting through AirBnB or Homeaway? 

I am thinking this would be an owner financed deal for 12-24 months then rolling the property into a more conventional type of paper. Does any one have experience financing a vacation property?

I own a 4-family over in Pawtucket, RI by Slater park where I include the heat because I only have 1 boiler. I typically get $100 more per month with heat included compared to similar units.
