I am looking around the website and cannot seem to find any examples of a seller financing offer. I love the lease agreement example I got from you guys. If I am missing it, can someone steer me in the right direction?

And who would you hire for a full topographical survey?  And when would you do this part exactly? After you make an offer or before? Or is it like buying a home where you have a contigency period?
