Yeah Tod, we're starting to see problem real estate loans for banks concerning commercial mortgages as well - the latest to take hits in this real estate slump.

Tammy, I attended the 2-day workshop last July in Atlanta, and yes, you do have 2 sites setup @ the workshop. If I can remember correctly, they are already set up for you when you arrive.

After that, it's all about driving traffic to your sites to see results, which he covers in the workshop - it's quite hands on.

From a marketing perspective, I see marketing to sellers & buyers via cell phones, actually, in the coming months, as a game changing trend.

I've been researching this, and am exploring using this as a marketing strategy. Another way to gain a competitive edge.

What do you see as something that could change the game in real estate in the coming years?

If it looks like Iraq, Beirut or a war torn country on the nightly news, it's safe to say it qualifies as a "war zone."

Maybe not to that extreme, but you get the picture.

There are sections of my city that look like a war-torn nation.

Is anyone familiar with Bartmann and his "Bailout Riches" book? If you read it, was it of any value to you and your real estate investing strategies?
