I am able to get very cheap clicks with this method (15cents and lower), I  mainly target women because I think they have alot of say in what a home looks like/ picking a home in general. I have never read a book about facebook ads but have spent ALOT of money on different courses that teach fbood ads. There are many resources you can find online but be ready to get SOLD when looking. @dolores Waldron

I have had better luck targeting women in my city ages of 25-45 with fbook ads. Mainly just post new listings with pics (usually in a carousel fbook ad setup) The ad sends them to the webpage listing and iv been able to make any house i run #1 in all searches on zillow for the area and this runs usually 100+ clicks per day to the listing. Im going against what I know as usually i would have some way of capturing the leads/visitors (with an opt in form) but results are pretty good for me at the current moment.

I'd suggest using/learning about Fbook ad retargeting pixels and use them. (You basically add a simple tracking code when setting up the Fbook ad, anytime someone clicks, it then stores there info so you can then run more campaigns targeting just the audience you built off of clicks to your ad) My targeting I mentioned was all Facebook ads, you can target many different behaviors and demographics
