You can also go to http://www.gulfcoastpowersearch.com/foreclosures/ to get updates when foreclosures come on the market.  Foreclosures go to the county courthouse steps to be auctioned, but normally the bank shows up to bid close to what is owed to take it back and resell on the market.  Some banks make repairs before listing them.
