@Kenneth McKeown: thank you so much for your reply. Actually, I’m going to buy this house to live a couple of years and turn it into a rental property, but I’m afraid of vacancy here. Or I can wait for appreciation to sell. Do you think this is a good deal ?

I’m a first time buyer, and I’m going to buy a new house in Saginaw ( Fort Worth, Texas ) with 236,000 ( 4beds,2 baths, 1 storage) . How do you think about this area. Is this place good for appreciation ?
