Good evening! I am in search of Landlords in the South Tampa/St Pete/Clearwater area that are open to an AirBnB Arbitrage Agreement. I am willing to negotiate terms of the agreement. I am a young entrepreneur eager to get more involved in the short term rental business and willing to learn and network with as much people as possible. Please reach out or refer me to anyone willing to give me the opportunity to make this happen!

In need of AFFORDABLE Health Insurance?? Tired of overpaying for ACA/Short Term Plans??
I CAN HELP🙋🏽♂️🙋🏽♂️🙋🏽♂️
Here are the 2 most popular plans offered in the Private Market , consisting of the best benefits like NO DEDUCTIBLES, 24 hour coverage (on or off the job), and NATION WIDE ACCESS to most medical facilities within the country, unlike any Obamacare/ACA plans!! Plus these plans are tax deductible and specifically tailored to individuals who aren’t offered health coverage from there employer.

If I were in your position, I would personally take an equity loan out of the property and use it towards an investment property that needs some rehab work done, to expand my portfolio and bring in more cash flow.
Post: Rental Management Software/Apps Recommendations or Tips!!!

Good morning everyone!
I am a young real estate investor finally getting involved in the market by starting my own management portfolio for landlords who simply don't have the time or pleasure to manage their own property. My goal is to turn this management portfolio into my own business as I gain more properties to manage over time.
I recently was able to acquire my first property to manage in the Tampa/Wesley Chapel area and I wanted to reach out to anyone in the Bigger Pockets Forum who has the knowledge and experience when it comes to managing properties and could share any tips that would guide me to be successful throughout the process and grow.
If there are any management software or apps anyone would recommend to store property data in to stay organized, and to aid in any maintenance request by the tenant, please share!!!!
Also regarding dealing with maintenance, would it be smarter to have a relationship with multiple contractors incase one isn't available or offers a better repair price or to just stick it out with just one contractor?
I would really appreciate anyone who takes the time out of their day to respond to this post. Thank you!
