I dont, I'm actually a H60 Pilot and will be working out at Pinal Airpark for WAATs. I would be very interested in connecting with him though!

Thanks!

Tom

Good afternoon Bigger Pockets community!

I have been a real estate investor on and off since 2009, but just got into the bigger pockets podcasts and stuff in the past few months. I have been a real estate agent in Louisana since 2019, and am in the process of moving to the Tucson, Arizona area. I am finishing up my AZ RE brokers license, and am going to give starting my own office a try. I am still an active duty military pilot, so I am hoping to get that foundation build up over the next few years while I still have that W2 income.

Most of my experience on the investor side is in the Long Term Rental space, with a couple of fix and flips interspersed in there. I am planning on moving into the STR space in Arizona, as well as building a MTR portfolio. I would love to engage with other folks in the BP community in the Tuscon area, and look forward to interacting with all of you on the Forums!

As a side note, if anyone has a recommendation for a attorney in Arizona that is familiar with Arizona Real Estate business setup and planning, I would greatly appreciate the reference.

Thanks!

Tom

I am just starting out as a Real Estate Agent, and am looking for knowledge management tools. Whether it is lead generation, CRM, or any other resources, what are the favorite tools in your digital toolbox?
