Good Morning. In the past few weeks I have been reading about real estate investing. The problem is that I am a fairly busy individual. It's hard for me to read a book in a decent amount of time. I've recently discovered Audiobook from Amazon. I checked it out and it seems that they have many books for beginning real estate investors. What I'm wondering: would I get the same experience and knowledge from and audiobook rather then a hard copy? Example: one book that I read offered some very useful formulas on how to analyze a property. I have no doubt that this formula would have not been as easy to grasp if I weren't able to see it broken down in the book. Right now that is the only problem I think using an audio look would create. Please give me your thoughts on this and share your experiences of living a busy life and learning at the start of your real estate investing journey. Also, if there was one book on real estate investing, above all others, that you would recommend to read in the beginning what would it be? Thank you Tom Rudison

Have you tried Josh Altman's first million yet?

My name is Tom. I'm in search of real estate investing information. I am a beginner and want to do it part time while keeping my job. I plan to give the same amount of effort to both for a few years and see where I end up financially. What does everyone think of Josh Altman's First Million...I think it's nearly $500. Would the concepts work anywhere? I live in KY but may move to Florida or Georgia.
