Can anyone recommend a good commercial broker in Midwest? I have few single family rentals in Colorado but now want get into apartments. I have been keeping my eye on apartments in Cleveland area where I might be able to buy about 12-24 units around $500k-$700k. I thought I will talk to few brokers to see where I stand financially and start building relationships. If you recommend a particular market, I would love to hear about it as well. Thanks
Post: How can I buy truck for my rental LLC?

I have six rentals that all I lease, manage and repair and I need a pick-up truck. I went to a bank to get a car loan but the bank is not able to give me a loan as I do not have 2-years of tax return on the LLC name. Thus, I am taking car loan on my ssn instead of LLC's EIN to use it for my rental business. Can I now transfer the truck title on my rental LLC and then LLC to make monthly payment to me as business expense? How else I could handle this so I can get tax benefit? Thanks

Thank you all for your valuable advice. I need to do more research about participating in an investment group VS. buying a multifamly commercial property 5-12 units as next the step. I would be grateful if anyone is willing to talk on the phone or connect me to others.

I have few single family rentals in Colorado and now thinking about getting into multi family rentals. I have access to about $100k HELOC + $25k cash to get this project going? My goal is to hold and generate passive income (cash flow). Colorado real estate is getting expensive. I appreciate any advice on possible places out of states where I can start looking into and network. Thanks

How do I handle this situation? I have a tenant in Colorado Spring might be running a car repair business from my single family rental home? The tenant denies it but I found about 8 broken cars parked by the house. Can I request copies of car registration that belong to tenants on the lease and don’t allow to park additional cars? Thanks
