For plumbing correct? You can rent them anywhere. Alot cheaper to. Also if your main sewer line is filled with waste and water it is pointless to camera the line. You will not be able to see anything in there. You will have to rent a main sewer line machine and have it cleaned first before you camera the line if it is holding water in it.

How old is the house? Cast Iron pipes? Trees in yard?

Sorry for the delay in reply. I wasnt apart of this group.

So no I dont believe the rich and weathly should be taxed more. It will not change how America is imo. It may put a small dent in things but nothing to change anything like most people would think.

Secondly why should people who have done great in life be forced to give back just because of there success????

I mean if the rich and weathly choose to give back more then thats a great thing, but should not be forced to.

I hate people getting screwed over period. What bothers me is that someone told him about this post/thread and that is the ONLY reason why he even came on here. Im just glad that just about everyone on here seems to be good people and enjoys helping others. From posting, to seeing properties, to talking on the phone, ext.

Speaking from experience its tuff. Finding good wholesalers who are dependable and trustworthly has been tuff for me. I completely agree that networking and marketing yourself are big factors.

So what does everyone think. Do you think you should own your own home first, then start investing into real estate? Or do you think its smarter to rent a place that is much cheaper then owning to save up funds? Ive heard people bring this up from time to time.
