Hi Amanda.  How has it been with Jurny? I got a demo on Monday but I am currently using Hospitable for the past few years and was wondering if it is worth it?

I've  been reading a lot of real estate investment.  It seems to be the best way for financial freedom to spend more time with my family.  How long have you been doing real estate? How is being a developer differ from being an investor in rental properties?

I was wondering if any of you had any experience with buying properties with cash and using equity line (usually no closing cost and low interest rate) vs conventional home loan for BRRR investment. Any preference and benefit with either type of loan? I would love some feedback.
