@Robert George
Welcome! Since you’ve been listening to the podcasts make sure you take the actions you can right now; meet ups, learn your market, find out what a good deal looks like, etc. Good luck!

I haven’t done one personally but I‘vE had 2 people say that they would do it. Both of them had the house paid off. But I think the most important thing is to ask. What do you have to lose, right?!

@Emily Almufti That sounds like a great idea, would you have to buy the lot with the amenities or would you lease one? What would be the cost to just build a modular home on the lot vs. the rehab+moving costs? Are other people doing this mobIle home BNB that you are thinking about? Do you have time or a team to do the turn around between bookings? I think finding someone who’s already doing it will help you answering those questions.

If I were in you situation, I would continue to pay down the loan and make offers to property owners see if they would do a seller finance. I’m doing the second right now. I found one that would’ve willing but the numbers didn’t work out, at least I’m getting some practice on talking to sellers.
