I am looking for a real estate attorney, or recommendations, in the Jacksonville, NC area. I am looking to sell a house that is located in New Bern if that makes a difference.

I just started my first business in January, an LLC, for the purpose of fixing and flipping houses. I have my first house under contract and will be closing on it shortly. For my own accounting and records purposes, I have kept any and all financial documents, and it so far has been fairly simple. When would be the best time to hire a CPA? What type of documents do they need? Does anybody have any recommendations for a CPA or tax consultant?

coldwell banker sea coast realty has always been very reliable. And flexible under certain circumstances. 

So I am looking to buy my first fix and flip. I am a bit low on cash, so I was looking at hard money lenders. However, and here is where I am confused: the property is listed on the MLS, and I talked to the seller's agent and put in a bid for the property. But I also found the property on a hard lender's website saying that a different person owned the contract to the property. The address was the same, but the prices were different. I know that the seller is not very tech savvy. But I am concerned that I may get swindled because of an oversight on the seller's part. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
