The goal of this group is Encouragement, Education, and Experience (EEE). This local group meets each month at the IHOP in Fayetteville, GA. There are investors of all ages and experience in attendance, and we'd love to have you!

*No fee if it's your 1st time in attendance. It's a whopping $5 after that.

We have a house near home depot and have considered trying to parcel it. Many of the neighbors have a house and a flagpole lot to a mobile.

It might be a cost effective way to add a second unit without crazy costs. DM me if you have any other questions or want to talk through strategy for Lagrange!

Can you parcel it and put a mobile home?

We use Lawson Beck and Sandlin.  They have an office in Newnan and do a great job making the process easy and communicating with us.

Hey Michael!

We have had them with PadSplit for 3 years. Two we had as traditional rentals and converted and two we bought specifically for PadSplit. My husband and I are doing a call next Wednesday at 9am eastern to talk about PadSplit if you want to join. There will be someone from PadSplit on the call to help answer additional questions you may have. Feel free to message me for details on how to join the call

My husband and I have 4 PadSplit homes. I haven't seen what they are advertising but there is definitely a much higher rent with them.

We have more maintenance requests but usually for smaller items. Our traditional tenants handle small things like a light bulb out or running toilet but it's a something we handle for our PadSplit homes. There is more time invested but totally worth it for the increased cash flow
