My husband and I invest in Newnan and live just off the downtown square. We attend a monthly meetup of investors at the Fayetteville iHop at 6pm on the 2nd Thursday. The next meeting is this week if you're able to attend it would be great to meet you.

I highly recommend The Solo 401K book by Boddiford, Kuni and Hyre. It's a great reference book and provides great background on strategies that can work in your solo K. I got mine on Amazon and use it regularly
