I am also searching for prospects. However I wanted to start locally because I know this market best. I would definitely do some research on the potential market before investing anything. I would also look into how to creating a S corp and self-directed LLC. Believe me this information will come in handy down the line. Good luck on all of your future endeavors.

I just wanted to say hello.  I have been reading the forum for a while and have found some very useful information.  I have recently attended the Fortune Builders 3 day seminar, and enjoyed the information but was not hard pressed to spend 20 -50 k.  Although FB may be a useful tool for some newbies, I thought it would be important to explore all avenues and get some insight from people who have hands on experience and no partiality to FB.  So here I am lol.  I am already feeling good about joining this site.  I have already signed up for two webinars.
