Quote from @Michael Baum:

I have been playing with Turno. We are down the lake from down by 36 miles so getting a cleaner at all can be tough. I had 10 bids in the first hour.

Thank you!

Recent new start with our 1st Short Term Rental -- in Scottsdale, Arizona.
How do we find cleaners whose business if focused on cleaning short-term rentals?
Does anyone have a good short-term rental cleaner who could serve your needs better if that cleaner had more business?

@Shane Pico

I cannot speak for whatever state you are in, but in Arizona the title company holding escrow (likely via their legal counsel) would decide the matter based on the terms/language of the purchase agreement.

Thank you Brock!

I'm feeling likening a kindergartener but confident through developing the right relationships and (and homework and hardwork) I will get this "under my belt".

@Chris Seveney

Thank you !!!  I will follow up with you on that.  I feel like I'm in kindergarten again (my knowledge level for syndication) but I'm force-feeding the information in like drinking through a fire hose.  Most of what I am finding to read is "how to" market yourself for fundraising.  I am scheduled for a Gene Trowbridge seminar later this month.

I'm working on an exec summary length two-page "concept" business plan. I would love to send that to you if that would be okay.

Grace & Peace

Following the instructions of the "Welcome to BiggerPockets! 🎉"  email and introducing myself.

I found my way here via Matt Faircloth's book "Raising Private Capital".  I am nearing retirement and hoping to scale down to 40 hours a week by starting a new business of constructing homes for elder care.  To do what I plan, I need to raise a lot of money.

I'm a licensed broker and Julie (my wife) is also a broker and has a small residential real estate team. Most of my skill set is building homes. I've been in residential and commercial construction for about 35 years. I've done flips, apartments, and just about everything but most of that 35 years has been in volume production homebuilding.  For the last 7 years, I have been working for a start-up production homebuilder as their VP of Operations. I have fulfilled that commitment and I am ready for the next adventure., which requires syndication to raise money.

So..... that's my story!
