    Property was built in 1968 so according to classifications, that automatically sticks it in class D. However, We'd place the classification as B or C since the property is maintained so well.

    As for the neighborhood:
    It is a bit of a mixture as you have mobile homes on one side, houses built in 2001 on another side, and apartments and you are just 1 block away from Glendale road which is close to Shopping, Golf, Highways, Westgate Entertainment District, Pro Hockey arena and Pro Football stadium.
