Greetings everyone. Brandon suggested I come introduce myself, so...I'm T.K. and I began my real estate wholesaling business in Nov. 2015 in Atlanta, Ga. and I'm closing my first deal in March! I'm excited, but a little overwhelmed. I need systems!!!! I'm looking for a contact organization system, a lead generation system, marketing systems (internet and direct mail), and a system that allows me to invest virtually, freeing up my time. I have one in mind, but I'll wait to see what the experienced and successful investors say...I look forward to learning from you all.
