How much are the Property Taxes in my local area in comparison to the remote area?

Do I have a good property manager in the remote location?

Listen to your gut instinct.

Then just run the numbers and ensure they meet your financial goals.

Hello BP,

My name is Thomas and I'm from Greensboro, NC. Currently, I'm living and working in Columbia, SC. I have one property in North Carolina, I purchased a single family home. The property has been rented for 3 years now and the tenant has never been late! At the moment I am in the process of purchasing another property in Greensboro. I use a property manager which for makes life a lot easier. The plan for me is to purchase at least 1 property a year in Greensboro or Columbia, SC

I shoot for 20% and if you get that you are lucky. If I am able to get anywhere between 15%-20%+ I am happy! However, it is just one calculation of many when purchasing a rental properties.
