@Kevin Holden my wife and I are agents in Leavenworth and work with investors. As @Dylan St Jean pointed out, duplexes are limited in number and hot when they pop up. Are you interested in other multiplexes as well? Please let us know if we may be of assistance.

@Jason Bancroft Wyandotte County (KCK, Piper, and Bonner Springs) and southern Leavenworth County (Basehor, Tonganoxie) are growing areas that are sorely lacking in decent first time / move up homes.

You can also try using a digital business card. I currently use inigo.com for mine. It is a great way for getting contact information stored in your phone. You can also make adjustments to the card and it will change those you have already sent.
