I am curious about the probate lists I see in Tarrant County, Texas. They include guardianship as well as deceased owners. Would it be prudent to mail to the guardians of a resident (or previous resident) for a possible sale?

Thanks in advance

William,

If you want to screen out the "WarZones" before you venture out, try this method.

My residential security provider offers a feature on their website that enables you to access the overall crime index for any given zip code with its street map. The index map is color coded from a low crime index to a very high crime index.

Good luck with your venture.

Hi All,

I'm presently looking for a reliable rehab contractor in the Mid-Cities area of Texas.

I'd like to build a working relationship with a Contractor and or Subcontractor for rehabbing SFR. Contact me at [email protected].
