Post: List of Bank owned Vacant Foreclosed Homes

All right, after some networking I have found a "Bird-dog" who does inspection for vacant foreclosed homes owned by Banks (chase/Wells Fargo etc) , which are not in the market.

He is willing to give that list at a regular basis (I have received couple of sample addresses also). But I am wondering what I can do with that list or who/what department I need contact for that particular bank.

Also, I have pulled out some of the tax records and it shows that some of properties have a fiduciary information (which is a law farm), and I don’t know the interpretation f that either.

Any comments and/or pointers would be highly appreciated.

Thanks

I am not clear about you definition of ‘Professional†or “Non Professional†website. To me a professional site will be where you can find a lot of bells and whistles added to it and a basic site will be a site with just the right information:
- About us
- Contact us
- Some recent news
- May be a blog etc

The look could be great for both the sites, which will depend how much you want to spend and the merit of the person will do it for you.

What I would do is, find a site layout/design that I like and then go to Guru.com and try to get it don’t cheaper. And you need a referral let me know :) since i haved worked with 2/3 guys from there.

Hope it helps.
