I am in California and about to close on a house in Bonaire, GA.

I highly recommend speaking to Alyson O'Brien at Golden Key Realty in Warner Robins.

She has been excellent to work with and has 20 years experience in the area. She knows the rental market well and really listens to what you want. She is easy to reach by email, a stickler for little details, and on top of everything. She has made this "site unseen" purchasing process a breeze!
